Punto y Calma uses only the information needed to answer you, organise its courses and understand in general terms how this website works.
Who is responsible for your data
Punto y Calma is an educational and community project directed by ALVARADO RIOS NORA MAGDALENA, a natural person in Ecuador who is responsible for the processing described in this policy.
The relationship between the brand, its legal operator and official channels is described in our legal information in Spanish.
Information we use
- Your name, WhatsApp number and chosen technique.
- The general source of your visit and campaign UTM tags.
- Information needed for payment, attendance or safety if you enrol.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and manage the Círculo Fundador community.
- To tell you about Hilando Momentos and future experiences.
- To organise places, materials, payments and attendance.
- To understand which pages, content and actions are useful.
- To attribute requests to campaigns and manage advertising audiences.
Measurement based on legitimate interest
Punto y Calma EC measures how this page works and attributes real requests to campaigns so it can improve the experience and avoid unproductive advertising spend. The stated basis for this purpose is documented legitimate interest, with data minimisation, prior information and a right to object.
If there is no current objection, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API may operate within the scope described here. You can object immediately through “Measurement preferences”. The objection is remembered for 180 days, stops future events and removes accessible measurement cookies; it does not reverse information a provider may already have received.
Objecting does not affect the form, the record in Google Sheets or the opening of WhatsApp. You can change this preference again at any time.
Google Analytics
Google may receive technical information such as device and browser type, pages visited, actions taken, IP address and the general source of a visit while no objection is active. Punto y Calma EC does not send your name, WhatsApp number, age, address or form content to Google Analytics.
GA4 user and event data is retained for 14 months and reviewed annually.
Google acts under its own terms and may process information outside Ecuador. You can read its privacy policy and use its advertising controls.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
While no objection is active, Punto y Calma EC may use Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure visits, interest in Hilando Momentos and valid requests, and to manage advertising audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
To reconcile a request, Meta may receive technical cookie identifiers, the page visited, event date and type, IP address, browser and an irreversibly hashed version of your phone number. The number is not sent as readable text; we also do not send your name, chosen technique, schedule or messages. The same event identifier prevents the browser and server signals from being counted twice.
Meta acts under its own terms and may process information outside Ecuador. `_fbp` and `_fbc` identifiers are limited to 90 days; Meta states that it may retain event data for up to two years. The Conversions API supplements the pixel and is not used to bypass your objection or browser controls.
Retention and your rights
Requests that do not become an enrolment will be reviewed and deleted no later than twelve months after the last interaction. Participant data may be retained for as long as needed to meet operational, accounting or legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of an authorisation by replying through the official channel that handled your request. If you have not yet started a conversation, use the course form or the official Instagram account listed in the legal information.
Through that channel you may also request a copy of the extended legitimate interest assessment summary, subject to relevant security and third-party rights.
Photographs and providers
Permission to publish photographs or video is requested separately and is not required to participate. We do not sell your data. We only use providers needed to operate the website, tracking sheet, measurement described here and WhatsApp communication. They may include Vercel, Google, Meta and WhatsApp.
